7、填料---

1、填料压得太紧或四周紧密度不够2、填料压得偏斜与轴磨损---

1、旋松压盖螺栓高速填料紧密度

2、松开压盖重新均匀地上紧

1.loosen the gland bolts to adjust

2.loosen the gland bolts&tighten it again.

注意功率是否突然增大或降低，工业混流泵维修，流量扬程是否突然减少，工业混流泵供应商，如有应停车检查。

3、经常注意检查各部分螺丝是否因振动而松动，如松动应随时上紧。
